Prior to purchasing product(s) or service(s) via this site, every customer represents and warrants to Talents that he or she is at least 18 years of age and has the authority to enter into the/that applicable contract/purchase agreement

Whilst Talents and those designers/engineers acting on its behalf have used reasonable care and skill in compiling the content of the site, it makes no warranty (express or implied) as to the accuracy or completeness of any information on the site. Specifically you should be aware that this site may contain errors and/or omissions (accidental or otherwise) and to the fullest extent permissible by law Talents excludes its liability for same.
Talents may change these terms and conditions of use and any purchase agreement terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. All changes shall apply to any subsequent use by you of the site or orders received from you.
By accessing the site, you agree that, to the extent permitted by law, Talents shall in no event be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether in an action in contract, tort or any other legal or reputable theory arising out of or in connection with:

b) the performance or non performance of the site.
3. Basis of Product Offering and Contract Formation
All prices for products and services displayed on this site are invitations to treat and are NOT offers to which are open to acceptance. Any order placed by you is just that, an offer by you to Talents to purchase the relevant good(s) and or service(s) at the price indicated. Whilst Talents endeavours to ensure its prices are accurate, this may not always be the case. We are therefore not obligated to accept your order and until we irrevocably do so, we reserve the right to reject any and all order(s) by you. However, if we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. Only if we are unable to contact you within a reasonable period or you no longer wish to proceed at the correct price will we treat the order as cancelled.
We will acknowledge receipt of an offer to purchase electronically within 24 hours with an order acknowledgement email. This email is only an acknowledgement of your offer to purchase and does not constitute a purchase contract. Once we have confirmed the offer to purchase details, we will confirm your order electronically with an order confirmation email, contract formation, and containing the order reference number. Typically we will dispatch confirmed orders within 1 working day of confirmation. All order information details are held on a secure server from the date of order. Our servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an advanced encryption technology. This encryption makes it virtually impossible for unauthorised parties to read any information that you send to us.

These Terms and Conditions of use and any purchase contract between us, shall except where irrevocably prohibited by any national or other law applicable to you, be governed by the prevailing laws of England and Wales and any dispute between us shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. In the event that this choice of law and jurisdiction clause does not apply due to prohibitions by your local laws, to the fullest extent permissible, you shall be entitled only to the minimum levels of protection afforded to you by your local law(s).
If any or any part of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason then to the fullest extent possible, that term, condition or part thereof shall immediately be deemed altered so that it may remain valid but continue to provide Talents with the maximum protection as was intended, and is allowed by applicable law, and to the extent that this is not possible or permitted, shall be deemed severed from these terms and the remaining terms shall continue to apply.
To the extent required by law, nothing contained in these terms and conditions of use, any customer service promise from Talents or any applicable product guarantee offered affects your statutory rights.
